Condition of Entry
|
- PARENTAL SUPERVISON is required at all times, Please monitor your children to ensure safety at all times.
- NO FOOD or BEVERAGE is to be brought into the play centre without management approval (baby food exempt)
- SOCKS MUST be worn at all times, Health Regulations and General Hygiene require children and Adults entering play area to wear socks at all times
- NO ROUGH PLAY- Kidzown caters for varying ages from Babies to 12yrs old, Older children must be careful of the younger children in the vicinity.
Objects from the soft toy area and ball pit MUST NOT be thrown, kicked or used as missiles. Anyone NOT complying will be asked to leave the centre IMMEDIATELY
- NO CONSUMPTION of FOOD or BEVERAGES In or Around any of the Play Equipment Including Jumping Castle and Climbing Structure.
- KIDZOWN shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property belonging to or brought into the premises by you or the children in your care,
occurring on said premises except where caused by gross negligence of kidzown.
Kidzown shall not be liable for any Death, Personal Injury or illness occurring upon the premises or as a result of the Use of facilities and/or Equipment provided by Kidzown, except to the extent that such death, personal injury or illness arises from the gross negligence of Kidzown.
- YOU are Responsible for any damage which you or the Children in your care may cause to the Centre Facilities, If such damage is caused by you/their willful act or Negligence.
